Terms and Conditions

appointments must be made at least 12 hours from start time and cannot be booked no more than 1 month in advance. a 50% deposit must be paid at time of booking to confirm appointment. deposits are non-refundable. appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for deposit to be transferred to new appointment. refunds will only be giving if appointment is cancelled by complexions by Victoria.
